We are looking for IER Executive who based in Jakarta, who will be join our Industrial Relations team.

As IER Executive, your main objective are implement and coordinate all industrial relations management activities and ensure that company policies and regulations can run well and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Responsible to analyze data, develop, recommend, and implement IR work plan/program in order to help enhance and maintain conducive working environment. As well as administrative responsibilities such as designing, reviewing and revising legal documents, letters, agreements and contracts.

YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY’
  • Keeps abreast with the development of employee engagement as well as labor law and regulations concerning manpower, analyses and interprets issues and trends, extract implications for current and proposed Collective Labor Agreement (CLA)/Company Regulations (CR)/IR practices and reports these findings to IR Manager in order to comply with the relevant prevailing laws and regulations.
  • Prepares all arrangement required to conduct CLA negotiation meeting, register CLA/CR to get approval from Manpower office, as well CLA/CR socialization and provides advices for the practices consistency and ensure compliance when the new CR and/or CLA is implemented
  • Reviews the investigation report to identify the breach/violation of company CLA/policies/procedures, and gives recommended disciplinary action as per IR guidelines/practices to IR Manager and prepares all necessary documents, conducts communication/ bipartite meeting with respective employee in order to comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Builds and maintains good relationships with relevant external bodies (i.e. Ministry or District Manpower Office, Apindo, Kadin, Labor Union, BPJS, etc.)
  • Represent company in any industrial relations events, including negotiation process/ discussion.
  • Actively involve in IER Program/projects, Future of Work Study, employee engagement and employee well being program/ projects. When necessary, to plan and implement the projects in order to ensure the achievement of the project objectives in collaboration with relevant function/committee and the vendors.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
  • Require a minimum of Bachelor’s degree, preference from Law major.
  • 2-3 years of Industrial & Employee Relations experience in manufacturing, preferable form multinational company.
  • Good understanding in Indonesia Labor Law and Regulation.
  • Strong Analytical Thinking, Communication, and Problem Solving.
  • Good Ability Skills, able to influence and mediate
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
