Job Description

Job Role Responsibilities

Lead/contribute actively in instrumentation, process control & safety system, and measurement activities.

  • Act as or support the Program Owner/Programmatic Engineer for Critical Instrumentations Controls and Alarms (CICA) Program:
    • Develop CICA integrity programs and implementation plans.
    • Perform internal assessment of program status and effectiveness
  • Act as or support the Alarm Management or Process Control custodian to ensure Alarm Management & Process Control expectations are met by coordinating with Operations for tracking, rationalization and stewardship.
  • Lead/participate in incident investigation, conduct troubleshooting for repetitive problem on field instrumentation and control system.
  • Support the Asset to identify and implement equipment reliability improvements: cost reduction, facility optimization, rate enhancement, downtime reduction, and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

  • Ability to effectively communicate both verbal and writing in Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Self-starter, self-driven, adaptable, innovative, good interpersonal skills & effective team player
  • Familiar with Oil & Gas processing facilities, technical drawing, and P&ID
  • Willing to be located at site as field based engineer

Competencies

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering Physics, or Electrical Engineering, or other relevant Engineering with Instrumentation & Control Major, with minimum GPA of 3.5
  • Organized, good planning skills, able to manage multiple activities and programs in timely fashion and with a high degree of accuracy
