Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Receive and connect incoming calls to the intended party
  • Handle guest and visitor
  • Monitor and arrange meeting room usage
  • Arranging courier and driver’s standby schedule
  • Manage the document delivery via courier services and circulate documents to internal parties
  • Update phone extension list
  • Assist the General Affair (GA) section in carrying out their duties
  • Commit to jobs assigned by the Department Head to assist GA matters

Requirements:

  • Minimum vocational high school in Office Administration or final year student from reputable universities
  • Available for minimum 6 – 12 months of internship
  • Excellent phone skills.
  • Must be comfortable working with the public, in person and by phone.
  • Demonstrated administrative skills.
  • Demonstrated strong computer and word processing skills (MS Word & Excel, internet)
