Scope
This position reports to Finance Controller directly and manages a team of 10 people.
Main activities
Actively contribute to achieve Plant's Financial target (ie EBITDA, OCF/FCF)
Manage, control and monitor team to achieve the Department objectives.
Timely deliver efficient Financial reporting per Cluster/Group requests/ standards, and give insight to management/Operational in order to achieve the target as minimal.
Costing: establish an efficient and simple reporting on profitability per customer and by product group, analyze raw material waste usage per process.
Establish a systematic price list updating (price matrix), standard cost.
Contribute to maximize site's cash generation, cash collection and quick invoicing system.
Monthly tax return and tax case: close follow-up and ensure all documents/data requirements are available promptly in timely manner
Support to other Departments about Financial advises/validations.
Develop the team to improve their competency as requested.
