In this role, you have the opportunity to make life better
Supports corporate month end closing activities, tax related reconciliation, hedging & banking, delivery reporting to internal and external stakeholders, business reviews and reporting, ad-hoc finance projects.
You are responsible for
Month End Closing activities mainly but not limited to:- including reviewing Journal Vouchers posted by GBS/Infosys and providing Manual Journal Vouchers computation for posting.
Fixed asset related sighting and reporting.
Corporate EF & BF, review and reporting.
Withholding tax reconciliation and reporting.
VAT reconciliation and reporting.
Transfer pricing calculation.
Internal Finance review and reporting for corporate business.
External review and reporting (e.g. Simodis, BKPM, etc.)
Handle hedging and banking.
Leading or involving in some projects - ad-hoc.
Support annual audit activities: statutory audit activities, tax audit activities & custom audit activities.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following
Bachelor degree or equivalent years of direct experiences (3+ years of professional experience).
Intermediate to advanced skillset with Excel (pivot tables, macros, VLOOKUP’s).
Advanced knowledge of accounting principles, business licensing, payroll, and payroll tax rules.
Ability to maintain confidential information.
Detailed oriented with ability to produce and maintain accurate records.
Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
Excellent organizational with strong analytical skills.
Computer proficiency with the ability to learn new software to be able to work in a cloud-based setting.
