Preparing and organizing SKI ( Surat Keterangan Impor / The Import Notification Letter) Internal Data Management into usable formats (Ms. Excel Master Data) of each shipment information
Coordinate with Internal DW (Daily Worker) who will support on entering and uploading supporting documents to BPOM online system (e-BPOM).
Bachelor’s degree with minimal 1 year experience in field of SKI ( Surat keterangan Impor / The Import Notification Letter)
Oversees all loss prevention operations to include but not limited to patrol process, emergency response, investigations (initial and follow up) for all guestâ¦
Review invoices and ensure contract requirements are met.
Collect all necessary documents for invoice checking.
Fluent in English both written and oral.
