Job Description

Coordinate with users and coordinator for candidate request needed

Assist in talent acquisition processes

Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy

Source and recruit candidates by using job portal, databases, social media, etc

Manages the day-to-day operations of the Human Resource office
Age between 23-25 years old

Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Psychology / Human Resource Management or related areas

Minimum 1 years experience in Recruitment & Selection

Passionate about recruiting area such as sourcing candidate, interview, conduct psychological test and interpretation

Applicants must be willing to work in Head Office , Jakarta Barat

MUST BE ABLE TO JOIN IMMEDIATELY
