Job Description
  • Install and configure software and computer systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with software or hardware.
  • Assist colleagues in resolving any technical problems, including to walk them through.
  • Analyze records and logs to spot underlying trends and potential issues.
  • Support the implementation of new solutions or applications.
  • Establish accounts for new users, including assistance password and/or login issues.

Qualifications
  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
  • Ay least 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Adequate interpersonal communication, both in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Team-oriented attitude to assist other colleagues with technical problems.
  • Ability to manage time and effectively prioritize numerous projects at one time.
  • Experienced in variety of software, hardware, and applications.
  • Analytical skills to study problems and records and identify solutions.
