Job Description

WHAT WILL YOU DO
  • Prepare and maintain Sales Report for various brands
  • Prepare calculation and supporting documents for monthly reimbursement
  • Checking the appropriateness and completeness for brands’ invoices
  • Liaise with other Departments (Operation, Customer Service, Warehouse, etc) in terms of providing data and/or report as needed
  • Perform physical inventory counts
  • Maintain integrity and confidentiality of all financial data and transactions
  • Additional duties as assigned
WHAT WILL YOU NEED
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Accounting major
  • At least 1 year working experience in Accounting and/or Finance is required for this position
  • Have extensive knowledge in Microsoft Excel (able to use formula related to Finance)
  • Have a high attention to detail, good communication skill and interpersonal skill
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team in dynamic working environment and meet tight deadline
  • Have strong commitment and possess can-do attitude
  • Proficient in English both written and spoken, Mandarin is a plus
