Job Description

Responsibilities

As the CAICP Lead you will be part of the senior leadership team, responsible for leading the Cloud and Artificial Intelligence Country Plan (CAICP), driving a key program of work to ensure operational excellence, across multiple stakeholders while ensuring strategic alignment with BAU activities and business strategy

  • Acts as the primary owner of the Cloud and AI Country Plan. Has extensive working knowledge of and experience in using strategy, marketing and communications concepts, methods and activities and applies this knowledge to lead the development of strategically sound and operationally detailed strategies, plans and programs as an integral part of the business growth plan.
  • Program Delivery and Governance: Lead country strategy meetings, country steering committee - communications, planning, execution – includes:
    • Works closely with country segment and function leaders, Government stakeholders, education / skilling stakeholders, societal impact partners to land the growth strategies.
    • Partners with Area CAICP Leaders and other internal stakeholders to ensure all phases of geo expansion are being coordinated with relevant parties internally.
    • Define and develop key project definitions and requirements including resources, scoping, funding and outcomes and outputs.
    • Manage the end-to-end delivery of program initiatives, including design, implementation, and review.
    • Develop budget requirements for program and projects and maintain accurate records of all program costs and track project deliverable effectiveness.
    • Held accountable for achieving CAICP goals based on metrics, developing, and launching programs.
  • Customer and Partner Engagement: Support sellers and cloud Lead in targeted customer and partner engagements – ensuring overall approach with customers and partners are clearly understood and documented with agreed timelines; from business value assessments and capability enablement, through to commercial commitments.
  • Public Sector Enablement: Partner and enable the Public Sector team engagement with Government, providing targeted program management support to accelerate Government objectives for cloud adoption and transformation.


You will have a strong customer focus and excellent change management skills with the ability to collaborate and influence across a diverse stakeholder group, and ideally you will have all of the following skills & capabilities:

  • Leadership experience of regional program and strategy execution
  • Deep partner understanding
  • Experience working with Governments and other key stakeholders for digital nations in the country.
  • Proven experience in program management across large, complex enterprises
  • The ability to conceptualize and execute on strategy and articulate recommendations at a senior level.
  • Outstanding senior stakeholder management skills to ensure recommendations are delivered on time and to brief.
  • Identify owners, timings, risks, and opportunities to optimize schedule delivery.
  • Budget management skills
  • Be highly organized.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of cross-group collaboration and contributing to team success with marketing operation/execution excellence. Experience in working at a large global multinational a plus.
  • Innate ability to navigate through a complex matrix organization.
  • Adept in change management helping others to plan, execute, and communicate effectively. Thrives in a fast-paced connected sales and marketing environment.
  • Must be obsessed with delivering a compelling customer experience connected to business outcomes. Strong understanding of sales priorities and motivations and ability to advocate for marketing in conversations with sales organizations.
  • Exceptional oral and written communications skills; native language fluency. Strong maturity, presence, and track record of marketing impact and influence.
  • Bachelor’s degree (B.S./B.A.) required. MBA degree preferred but not required.
