You will work with TM agents providing extra support and training, develop new processes, and maintain strong relationships within your team of agents. To succeed, you need to look at the big picture and spot potential improvements as they come. Since you are in charge of a company's efficiency, you have to be able to look intuitively at the team to catch potential problems before they arise.
You will be in charge of encouraging and motivating telemarketers so they work toward reaching the goals of the company.
