Job Description

Define the vision and strategy to execute Kompas.id's (website and app) product development, according to the best user experience to increase Kompas id's performance.

What you'll do:
Supervise product development to achieve the expected result

Direct and organize Person in Charge (PIC) in the projects

Define the research strategy to to gain consumer insights, identify new products possibility, and increase consumer experiences

Work together with another internal team and external partners

Represent the company to gain consumer feedback for the product and service
Bachelor degree from Communication, Business, Information Technology, or anything related

GPA Minimum 3.00

Have 3 years experience in digital media or product development

Experienced in media industry would be an advantage

Able to communicate concept and implement ideas in product development

Experienced in managing team

Able to do basic research, analyzing data and concepting research methods

Creative and a problem solver
