  • Menilai proyek dan sumber daya persyaratan.
  • Memperkirakan, negosiasi dan menyetujui anggaran dan rentang waktu dengan klien dan manajer.
  • Menentukan standar kontrol kualitas.
  • Mengawasi proses produksi.
