Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
Setting up accounts for new users

At least 1 year experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role, Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
Tech savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases and remote control
Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
Substantial amount of effort and time are required to hunt new accounts/ prospects, to build the portfolio, as well as manage the relationships and drive growthâ¦
