  • Minimum education S1 mechanical (Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering)
  • 2-3 years of manufacturing experience
  • Experienced in handling approximately 50 employees
  • Spirit of leadership
  • Can solve problem solving quickly
  • Never had to deal with the authorities
  • Have the ability to draw with AutoCAD, Catia and the like
  • Accustomed to working in the field
  • Willing to work out of town if needed

Job description:
  • Make a production plan
  • Prepare technical drawings for the production team according to machine requests from the sales department
  • Analyze raw material requirements
  • Calculating production rates and costs for new or custom machine units
  • Handle Employees / production team
  • Can analyze the needs of machines that are needed by consumers
  • Can calculate the raw material requirements of each machine
  • Ensuring the production team has worked wellCan work with deadlines and pressure
