A real estate company in Kuta is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Social Media Manager (Full-Time)
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a creative social media strategy for the brand to increase online presence throughout all relevant social media platforms and to run targeted advertising campaigns
Create high-quality content for social media platforms
Write targeted newsletters, blog articles and manage CRM system
Handle of social media such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube adapting content to suit different channels
Oversee, plan and deliver content across different platforms using scheduling tools
Create engaging multimedia content (and/or outsource this effectively) across multiple platforms (Facebook carrousel ads, etc)
Develop, launch and manage new competitions and campaigns to promote
Form key relationships/ partnerships with companies & influencers for marketing
Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions
monitor, track, analyze and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook insights
Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques
Analyze competitor activity and set targets to increase brand awareness and increase customer engagement
Manage a budget for social media activities
Educate sales staff on the use of social media on personal promotion
Creative content writing and graphical presentations for presentations, marketing material and newsletters
Creation and monitoring targeted newsletter campaigns
Requirements:
Indonesian citizen
Excellent written and verbal communication in English
Proven work experience as a Social media/ Marketing manager (track-record)
Hands on experience in content management and excellent copywriting skills
Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
Advanced knowledge of online marketing channels and creation of campaigns (Facebook business suite, etc)
Familiarity with web design
Excellent communication skills
Analytical and multitasking skills
BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
Ability to work independently (home-office)
