Position Job Scope including, but not limited to:

Head of Hubs & Instant delivery will be responsible for rapidly launching Sayurbox dark warehouses for instant delivery throughout Jabodetabek and Indonesia as a whole in the right locations.
You will be responsible for the PnL of the hubs, the growth and success of the instant delivery hubs and building the team for success.
Responsible for Sayurbox Hub Instant Delivery from planning,building, monitoring, and managing Instant Hub Delivery including maintaining operations to achieve company goals.
Support Sayurbox ́s growth with efficient and flexible handling and storage solutions.
Deliver excellent results in supporting projects and professional long term concept development
Inspire and empower team and co-workers to perform to the best of their abilities and continuously develop in their assignment
Liaising with head office to build strategy, targets, and execution plans and timeline
Implementing strategies
Resolving problems / constraints that occur in HUB

Qualification Requirements:

Experience in launching multiple stores/franchises/shops (minimal of 30 outlets per year) successfully.
Strong analytical, critical thinking, organizational and problem solving skills
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment; flexible to changing priorities
Detail-oriented, organized and self-motivated
Target oriented, services excellent, hard worker and ready to work under pressure.
Ability to identify potential problems
