Issuing and shipping released Raw & Packing material inputs.
Assembles, verifies and issue batches and record transaction in the system.
End to End responsibility material issuance (Receipt/Sampling /Releasing/ Issuance).
Raw Material follows ups as per monthly production plan and administer cycle counting, records, and reports.
Timely issuance of RM/PM for Production as per daily requirements.
Liaising with transport service providers for on time Pick-up and delivery of materials in the absence of Purchase executive.
Plan, organize, supervise and participate in daily warehouse operation and activities
Monitor automated warehousing system; operate a computer to enter data, correct errors and control key screens as required.
Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Communicating and coordinating with other departments and customers.
Maintaining the FIFO and 5S in the warehouse.
To maintain classification of the WIP, Micro, non-micro, fast moving, quality rejected material and keep track/record of the WOP material.
Timely return back the material to the vendor which is attached with the SNCR.
Maintain records and system according to the various stock audits like 3PCA and CAD audit.
Maintain storage as per the MSDS conditions – specially for the hazardous and highly inflammable material.
Maintain MHE properly.

Requirements :

Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, any field, Preferably Diploma in Store Management
Have 8-10 years of relevant experience
Experience of handling minimum 50 SKUs at a time.
Have knowledge of Supply Chain and Operations, Planning and Scheduling
Knowledge of ERP systems like SAP, ERP
Good Knowledge of Computer applications (Excel, Word, etc.)
Have sense of urgency, collaboration & teamwork skills
