Job Description
1. Manage and improve marketplace logistic services which is contain improvement at logistic operation for marketplace seller, improve seller performance and seller experience that related with logistic topic
2. Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives by creating all project require by gather and lead all stakeholders
3. Support and make sure smooth seller experience and seller performance during campaign period
4. Perform end to end process for any new feature launch that needed by seller, start from PRD requirement, UAT, launching process and seller communication and education process
5. Manage and lead marketplace logistic team to achieve KPI as team work
Job Requirements
1. Strong leadership, team management, analytical and problem solving skills
2. Excellent excel and presentation skills
3. Previous experience which demonstrates team management, logistic and seller experience process
4. Detailed background knowledge or hands-on experience on stakeholders management
5. Creative thinking / out-of-the-box approach in tackling tasks
6. Hard worker, detail oriented and meticoulous
7. Ability to communicate effectively with team, seller and third parties
8. Proactive and able to use initiative
9. Good time management skills and ability to multitask
