Associate, Payment Operation GrabFood & GrabMart
The successful candidate will oversee the end-to-end process of Merchant Partners. You will be responsible for ensuring all ad hoc issues related to all our merchant payments are handled properly; which include ensuring payment partners' reconciliation process can be run smoothly .
The day-to-day activities
You are responsible for running excel functions to validate that we are paying our partners appropriately and ensuring that the payment reports are accurate and produced on time
You will typically have minimal direct contact with Merchant partners but will be the main point of contact should any merchant dispute their payout amounts
You will work closely with the customer service and finance team and operations team in ensuring all payments are paid on time, and should there be any glitches, communicate well to merchants. (You will be assisted by a mex communications executive)

You are organized, insightful and can communicate your observations well, both written and verbally
You have a degree in Finance/Accounting/Business Admin/Economics
You have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and are familiar with Microsoft Excel functions like VLOOKUP, pivot, SUMIF, etc.
