We’re a lean team of creative, data-driven and strategic thinkers, in the service of shaping the Grab brand into a loveable powerhouse in Southeast Asia.
We’re guardians of the Grab positioning and voice and are also responsible for campaigns / initiatives that build a consistent yet locally relevant brand regionally.
At GrabWheels / Electronic Vehicle, we are a startup within the Grab business. And our way of working reflects that - we move very fast and work in an agile way
The day-to-day activities:
Own the overall GrabWheels / Electronic Vehicle marketing targets, forming strategies that speak to the various audience segments including consumers, driver partners, and businesses
Manage product marketing, brand marketing, and user life cycle for all forms of two-wheel electric vehicles including e-motorcycles, e-bikes
Have thorough understanding of the Indonesian EV and micro-mobility landscape, forming insight-driven strategy to hit business targets
Plan and execute day-to-day marketing activities to ensure the business targets are being met
Own quarterly marketing strategy planning and budgeting for GrabWheels / EV
Look after reporting and analysis across campaigns, using data to drive better campaigns through a test and learn approach
Be an expert in local regulations relating to EVs and micro-mobility and have a thorough understanding of how to shape marketing strategies around them
Leverage insights around different EV use cases to drive a compelling communications narrative for GrabWheels in the market
Build messaging narratives and acquisition strategies for growing usage demand for GrabWheels vehicles
Lead and develop both digital online and offline activation marketing strategies
Work with our marketing analytics and consumer research teams to generate further insight into how consumers are using our GrabWheels / EV platform in the market
Analyze marketing spend efficiency and make recommendations for future spend allocation
Liaising with a wide range of stakeholders within and beyond GrabWheels, including product / tech teams, business development team, analysts, designers and business heads
The must haves:
Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or other advertising subjects required.
Good knowledge and use of current advertising tools and channels.
Have strong all-around knowledge of the online marketing landscape.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly in both Indonesian and English.
Impeccable organization skills and attention to detail.
Able to work independently and willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done.
Ability to analyze reports and communicate findings.
Excellent organizational, project management and time management skills.
Outstanding analytical skills and data-driven approach.
Experience with startup environment is preferable
