Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations:
Managing all business development aspects of Corsair's partnerships, with a primary focus on sales revenue growth and a healthy sellout pipeline.
Aggressively driving partners to maximize sales and total partnership potential through sales best practices, training and support
Developing a strong strategic grasp of the market in order to provide actionable competitor and market trend intelligence to the team on a regular basis
Providing exceptional customer relationships by educating customers on Corsair products, monitoring and reviewing customer performance for sales optimization, ensuring smooth communication and managing operational excellence
Representing Corsair at gaming and other events, building on our brand reputation to deepen existing relationships while building new ones
Understanding competitors including marketing activities, pricing strategies, promotions, market share of key accounts, channel, inventory/supply details.
Identifying opportunities and executing activities with a sense of urgency to grow our share of the gaming market.
Managing Corsair/Elgato official stores on leading e-tail sites through designated partners.
Working with Marketing team to drive programs/events to increase brand exposure, and to improve and manage Corsair/Elgato displays in retail stores.
Managing channel margin structure and pricing.
Product planning and Inventory control: managing disti and key accounts' inventory, in-store SKU selection, order planning of fast moving products, new SKU availability, and strategies to push slow moving items.
Providing weekly reporting of revenue forecasts and sellout and to take proactive action to ensure channel inventory is maintained at practical level
Essential Skills and Experience:
8+ years in business development/sales management in IT or consumer electronics market. Experience in gaming peripheral sales is a major plus.
A proven track record in customer relationship building in serving targeted channel customers and ability and track record closing deals.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Must thrive in a fast-paced environment and balance multiple tasks at once
Proven success prospecting, building a pipeline, moving opportunities through the sales cycle; proposing, presenting and discussing solutions
Ability to work cross-functionally, influencing others to achieve results
Language: Native in Indonesian dialects and fluent in English is a must
Able to travel both domestically and internationally
Familiar with PowerPoint/Excel/Word and other Microsoft Office products
Assist GM in working closely with principals to understand their needs and requirements.
Create the demand forecast annually for categories and brands.
