Job Description

Summary

As the Assistant Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the management of the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping department, including training, supervision, and coaching of all attendants, Team Leaders, and Assistant Managers. You will ensure the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International’s corporate strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations by providing an excellent and consistent level of service.


Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Assistant Housekeeping Manager or an Assistant Manager Housekeeping – Housekeeping in a large hotel operation (experience in a five star hotel is advantageous)
  • Good leadership skills with the ability to mentor, coach, train and motivate team members
  • The flexibility to work on rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and flexible team environment
