Job Description

Bring your career aspirations to life with AIA! Managing the delivery of multiple projects, and leading in house testers – as well as 3rd party resources. Responsibility for the testing center of excellence including the test strategy, test plan, test scenario, creating and managing delivery plans
  • Work closely with stakeholders and external delivery partners to understand the business requirements and drive the development of high-quality technical solutions
  • Contribute to solution design, identifying innovative solutions to business requirements, driving standardisation and re-usability
  • Collaborate with architecture, infrastructure, security to ensure design and build are fully aligned to business requirements
  • Identify all the potential interfaces, type of information that may be required and a mechanism to reduce interface risks. Manage the identified interfaces
  • Managing onshore and offshore developers and consultants to build/maintain required development capability
  • Main contributor to preparation of requests for proposals and accountable for selection of services and products which are fit for purpose
  • Coordinate resources, prepare project teams for kickoff and ensure effective completion of project milestones, control project scope and mitigate risks
  • Ensure project resources are delivering to configuration, development and methodology standards
  • Manage the development activities
  • Hands on development and peer reviews as required
  • Accountable for Quality delivery
JOB REQUIREMENTS Education: Bachelor Degree (S1) Degree in Technical/Information System/Other related educations Experience: 10 years of experience in IT areas with 3 years in leading Technical Delivery, 5 years in deep technical hands-on and 2 years as IT Project Manager Certifications/licenses (are an advantage):
  • Technical certification (e.g. Life/Asia, Java, Microsoft)
  • Business certification (e.g. FLMI from LOMA)
Special skills:
  • Proven professional experience in designing and implementing enterprise scale of Policy Admin System, Accounting System, Compensation System, Sales Distribution Mobile Application / Portal, Customer Mobile Application / Portal, Customer Relationship Management, Enterprise Services Bus, Business Process Management, Enterprise Workflow, Data Integration, B2B, B2C, Data Warehouse, Data Analytics, Data Quality, Anti Money Laundering,
  • Predictive Modelling, Electronic Identification System and Cloud computing – Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS) and Software as a Service (SaaS).
  • Knowledgeable in computer programming, database design, enterprise software, operating systems and hardware Conversant with Java, .NET, Web
  • Development, Mobile Development, Database (SQL & No SQL), SoftwareAG, and Informatica
  • Fluent to communicate in English Understand Project Management and Software Development Life Cycle Excellent Communication Skill
  • Good analytical skill & can think out of the box
