Job Description

  • Engage and develop agency relationships with creative or influencer agencies in the SEA region
  • Build and develop creative guidance and capabilities within the creative agencies’ ecosystem
  • Managing a portfolio of TikTok’s influencers across SEA markets
  • Market landscape, competitor & influencer research
  • Independently provide data analysis and support for leadership
  • Support and provide creative and strategic input into advertising campaigns and recommendations to clients
  • Work with various cross functional teams to drive the best creative work on our platform
  • Bachelor’s degree & above
  • 3-5 years of influencer marketing experience with experience managing influencers/communities
  • Experience working in a creative/network or social media/influencer agencies. Creative background from advertising, media or agency is a plus
  • Analytical and quantitative thinking capability
  • Self-starter, fast learner, multi-tasker. Enthusiastic, proactive, detail oriented
  • Fluency in English and native in Indonesian
