Specific Accountabilities:
Promotional and Marketing Material Approval Process. Involvement in discussion, review and approval processes of materials pertaining to marketing and promotional activities to ensure that the Company’s marketing activities comply with applicable laws.
BD Templates Harmonization. Involvement in template harmonization pertaining to operational and commercial agreements on e-contract system, and re-arrangement of such templates in internal system.
Legal Share Point. Involvement in utilization of the Legal Share Point link for updates of policies, templates and other possibilities to optimize the use of such link.
Commercial and Operational Agreement Review. Involvement in review of day-to-day legal documents and agreements to assist the Law Group team in its day-to-day work.
Reporting Relationship:
Direct line reporting to the Southeast Asia Legal Counsel.
THE PERSON
Education:
A newly graduate in law from a recognized and reputable academic institution.
Language Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and an ability to speak another Southeast Asian country language (e.g. Thai or Vietnamese) will be very beneficial.
Experience:
Knowledge of corporate, commercial law and corporate governance
Demonstrated success in conducting formal presentations on legal issues and compliance matters.
