Responsible for driving and supporting technical activities in accordance with the overall strategy of the Business Unit. To drive profitable growth and market share, create differentiation versus direct and indirect competition, as well as propels the technical image in the local market place.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Implements Strategic Direction
Supports the sales process for technical and value proposition strategies.
Ensures technical image as market leader.
Provide technical guidance and support to Sales.
Support and Drive Selling Activities
Working with Sales to ensure efficient recognition and conversion of opportunities and value proposition.
Develop and drive strategic customer programs with key meetings, seminars, training and plant audits.
Manage and provide technical support to Sales and customers.
Develop and implement sales presentation materials.
Provision of effective field trials by working with Sales.
Provision of support for customer dosing & storage systems.
Qualifications:
Specific skills
Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills
With strong influencing skills
Solid technical background in concrete and shotcrete
Effective communication and presentation skills
Ability to work with less supervision
Work effectively in a cross-cultural environment
Experience
At least 3 years concrete industry experience with shotcrete expertise
Technical Service, R&D
Experience in managing projects
Education
University degree in a technical or engineering discipline.
