Monitor and coordinate all camp activities to ensure camp services are performed in a technically correct and efficient manner, conform to company’s standard and policies.

Requirements

  • Min Diploma degree, preferably mechanical background.
  • Min 4 years’ experience in Camp Services.
  • Familiar with handling camp operations.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Proactive safety attitude.

Job Description

  • Ensure all camp facilities are ready, completed and in good condition prior to residents check-in.
  • Responsible to arrange accommodation for all employees based on company regulation.
  • Keep up good maintenance, update list registered camp asset and monitor camp consumable material.
  • Ensure all catering company duties has been done comply to agreement including supply meal, camp service, etc. on daily basis.
  • Coordinate with caterer to case up residents and non-resident complain.
  • Ensure all camp areas (such as bedroom meshall, toilet, rechall, mosque, park area) are tidy, safe, and clean.
  • Reconcile total man-days, meal casual, other materials with catering company based on daily weekly and monthly.
  • Responsible to arrange transported employee come in/out site.
  • Ensure the electricity needs at the camp are met.
  • Perform maintenance of AC accordance with applicable procedures.
  • Maintaining and implementing HSE programs including Environmental Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard and requirements.
