Develop learning content and electronic modules that are effective and according to a predetermined plan.
Design, implement and develop tools and technologies that can drive electronic learning functions.
Job Requirements:
Minimum bachelor degree in SDM or Information Technology.
Minimum 4 years of working experience in the same field.
Have knowledge in digital learning, instructional design and knowledge management.
Have the ability in training methods and curriculum design.
Have communication and influencing skills.
Experience in handling and managing Corporate University is a plus.
Good communication in English verbal and written.
Innovative, discipline, honest, diligent & have integrity.
