Job Description

Job Description
  • To improve test efficiency, yield and reduce unscheduled downtimes of the equipment
  • To ensure achievement of unscheduled downtime targets
  • To ensure mass-production capability for trimming and final test of inertial sensors
  • To ensure achievement of quality, cost and delivery targets of the products regarding test & trim
  • To setup complex test systems, sensor stimulus and test SW solution based on PAV provided by simultaneous engineering team or project team
  • To update existing test program according to PAV and Lead Plant Instructions
  • To release test program and test system according to release procedures
  • To perform analysis of downtime reasons of the test equipment and instruction of service
  • To ensure spare parts availability
  • To contact the test equipment supplier and cooperation with supplier in case of complex issues
  • To perform analysis of carrier issues and instruction of the service
  • To perform analysis of issues related to product and test system combinations
  • To collaborate in the simultaneous engineering teams and project teams
  • To be responsible for target yield achievement regarding test related issues
  • To be responsible for achievement of target test times. Reporting of KPIs regarding testing. Responsible for plant specific process documents.
  • To guide and coach operators, service and other production employees
  • To test data and MES analysis to derive and to implement optimizations regarding test time, yield and test depth
  • To coordinate tester, test SW and test HW changes
  • To experience in electrical contacting of semi devices and mechanical device handling

Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years to 10 years working experience in the related semiconductor field
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electronics or Software Engineering with semiconductor test exposure
  • Process strong communication skills and able to transfer technical knowledge with various operations team members
  • Ability to source off the shelf solution to meet production testing needs
  • Ability to analyze production/test problems and to resolve them
  • Ability to understand different programming languages
  • Ability to lead technical discussion together with product design team
  • Ability to lead a team of engineers in designing new test solution
  • Ability to instruct operators on how to fulfil their tasks
  • Ability to implement lean processes
  • Ability to determine cost saving potential
  • Ability to understand the correlations quality, cost and delivery
  • Readiness to reduce Co2 according to company target
