As a Test Equipment Technician, youare responsible forthe installation and maintenance of manufacturing system.
Sustain and improve key performance indices of the manufacturing systemthrough continuous improvement activities Responsibilities:
Responsible to identify the root cause for hold lot, and iron out the issue, and work with respective parties to solve the issue
Responsible for Test manufacturingsystem transfer, setup and buyoff, and support for manufacturing ramp up
Responsible for sustain manufacturing WIP flow, with hand ontrouble shooting on the manufacturing system
Perform manufacturingsystem error analysis, and work with cross functional team to solve the manufacturing issue
Perform low yield lot disposition
Work on excursionrescreen management
Work with test program development team on test program issue
Work with equipment engineering team on equipment related issue.
Work with Product engineer to solve low yield issue, and improve test yield.
Requirements:
Candidate must posses at least a Diploma in Electrical & Electronic, MechanicalEngineering or equivalent
Must be able to work on 12 hour shift
Strong interest to work on dynamic and challenging environment
Basic analytic skill, fast learner, independent, and highly motivated and a good team player
Able to work under minimum supervision
