Job Description

  • Uploading content (product and price), ensuring all basic information needed available and following standards
  • Ensure the product uploaded is live on each marketplace and proactively escalate any issues that might appears
  • Handling customer services such as chat service or product review
  • Handling orders and ensuring that the product shipped on time

Requirements :

  • Min Bachelor Degree from any field
  • Having an experience min for a year in Marketplace will be an advantage
  • Good English both command and written
  • Familiar with upload product process and processing orders
  • Having good communication and experience in Customer Service is preferable
  • Initiative person, adaptive and willing to learn
