Mentoring and coaching the teams and organisation on Agile best practices and continuous improvement
Keeping Scrum process on track and passing it to the team as selforganization matures
Help and facilitating productivity by removing the barrier and impediments for product development teams
Consistent exercise of continuous learning, leading by example, independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
Up 2 or more years of experiences as Scrum Master in IT Industry, Banking, or Payment Industry
Experience and understanding of best practices and techniques for practicing, teaching and coaching the Agile Methodologies
Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools
Experience with empirical process control, event-based practice, system thinking, negotiation, and facilitation
Experience using Agile Tools to manage backlog and track iterations, experience with Jira is a must
Have a strong understanding of the software development life cycle (end-to-end). Plus point if you are from software development/engineering
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Indonesian
Team player able to work effectively at all levels of an organization with the ability to influence others to move toward consensus
