Deskripsi Kerja

  • Menangani keluhan dan kendala yang dialami konsumen melalui telepon
  • Membuat laporan harian dengan cara input ke system menggunakan bahasa Jepang
  • Memberikan masukan dan membuat konten promosi social media

Kualifikasi

  • Laki-laki / Perempuan
  • Pendidikan D3/S1
  • Mampu menggunakan bahasa Jepang (dibuktikan dengan Backgound Pendidikan, Sertifikat JLPT N3, atau NAT Test
  • Bersedia bekerja Shifting
  • Berpenampilan menarik (harap lampirkan foto close up dan fullbody)
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik
  • Aktif menggunakan social media (Twitter/IG/FB/Tiktok/Youtube), dan aware dengan trend yang sedang berjalan
