Job Description

  • Review production schedule and ensure all agreed production target achieve and in compliance with related procedure/requirement
  • Coordinate with Production internal team, Planning/scheduler, QSE and Engineering to support production process
  • Able to review and ensure production time (including overtime if any) is comply with laws and regulations
  • Ensure ingredients, packaging materials (include label and pallet), consumable materials are according to Process Order and quality requirements
  • Ensure all production records are complete and correct, including capability study (SPC) of filling lines and capping, OEE report, material consumption and product yield
  • Able to review process and stop production process when finding issue with safety/environment/quality and include usage of PPE
  • Capable to investigate root cause of issues/ non-conformance related to production and lead team to find proper action to avoid recurrent issue.
  • Update metric related to production (include OEE, PDR) and discuss issues in production line or meeting to get support from others
  • Lead implementation of GMP/5S in production areas
  • Capable to improve team performance through training, job rotation, coaching & feedback and documented all related program
  • Support manager to achieve objectives of production area and build culture of growth and continuous improvement
  • Support implementation of KORE (quality, safety and environmental), halal and other adopted requirements of management system (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, FSSC 22K, SMK3)
