Responsible for supporting Projects related to People Systems and Analytics (collaborating with other teams, gathering requirements, aligning with vendors, creating documentation, planning change management communication, etc).
Answering general questions coming from different teams and stakeholders related to the improvement of HR systems.
Provide ad-hoc Reports to different teams and stakeholders based on queries.
Validating data within and between HR Systems.

Job Requirements:

FINAL YEAR STUDENTS or FRESH GRADUATES from any major.
Has a passion to learn new technologies (especially related to HR systems and analytics).
English proficiency is a must.
Located in Jabodetabek – Indonesia.
Able to attend a minimum 6 months of internship period.
Able to work Monday to Friday (9 working hours, including 1 hour break).
Proficient in using Microsoft Office (word, excel, powerpoint) or Google Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, Calendar).
