Job Description

High Flyer Internship is a 6 months program designed for dynamic and ambitious students eager to gain real life working experience under industry experts. You will be given real responsibilities and become the pilot that navigates the project from its departure until it reaches its destination.

Project: ACD is one of our division with the mission to help everyone in their quest for healthy and beautiful skin. Brand La Rosche-Posay is under this division.
CRM, SAMPLING & 1P-PII data management KJA :
  • 2x EDM campaign/Mo
  • Ensure online samples shipment monthly (direct to consumer / website sampling)
  • Ensure offline samples stock availability monthly
  • Ensure 1P-PII data collection extracted from sitecore & Microsoft form (monthly) to be transferred to CPRV & Wavemaker (quarterly)
  • Assist CPRV in 1P-PII data analysis (re-purchase & sampling follow up)
O+ O SPOTSCAN Activation KJA :
  • Weekly SPOTSCAN try-on data extraction & consolidation to remind channel team on target
  • Create UTM SPOTSCAN link – to track performance from each medreps & DA
  • Support channel & marketing online to offline activation
Website content correction & SEO KJA :
  • 2x organic articles/Mo – work together with iProspect (check & validate articles)
  • Ensure monthly technical recommendation from iProspect are executed by Lion & Lion
Organic advocacy support KJA :
  • Prepare monthly organic seeding package (products + product info flyer) & ensure organic seeding package shipment to KOL
  • Execute twitter always on campaign to boost buzz-rank (30 tweets/day)

Requirements:
  • Indonesian Nationality
  • University Student – currently pursuing Bachelor/Master Degree without professional working experience (internships not included)
  • Available for full-time internship for 6 months
  • Proficient in English both verbal & written
  • Has leadership experience and active in student organizations/ campus activity
  • Possess good communication skills & positive working attitude
  • Dynamic & creative, with high energy
  • Superb analytical skills
  • Takes initiative
