Background:


  • Accountable for team members development, delivering all IS contracts maintaining and client relationships for Indonesia.
  • To provide day to day operations and management of a team to deliver services through the use of relevant procedures, tools and to maintain client relationships and be accountable for the safe and effective delivery of the contracts to the agreed scopes, specifications, time and costs.

Role purpose:


This role will be both strategic and operational in ensuring our service delivery teams have the capability to meet our clients’ needs both now and in near future, and to execute group & country strategy plan.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Accountable for the service delivery of team members to deliver services in Indonesia.
  • Accountable for contracts performance, safety management systems, service delivery and by providing effective planning, budget, time and quality controls and stakeholders management.
  • Oversee contract schedules, financial tracking and manage risks and issues. Ensure contract’s documentation is in order that in compliance with contracts, legal, statutory, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure timely invoicing and support debt management in cooperation with LRQA’s credit control function.
  • Conducting service delivery reviews, periodic reporting the service delivery status both internally for management and externally for clients under the terms of contract.
  • Provide visible, pro-active HS&E leadership, ensuring that all LRQA group and local HS&E policies and processes are followed, including any necessary client-specific requirements, in particular, ensure that stated requirements for incident reporting, task risk assessment and safe methods of work are followed
  • Provide guidance, coaching and support to team members, service delivery supports, sales by managing and evaluating the team effectiveness and taking corrective action in line with relevant processes.
  • Ensure team members & own authorizations are up to date & continue development is planned through performance review process.
  • Ensure activity monitoring is carry out and reported in accordance with management system requirements.
  • Support/attend inspection activities during the peak time.

Technical / Professional Qualifications / Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or business or higher from a recognised university or equivalent. Chartered/Professional qualification and a member of a relevant professional institution are desirable. Eg. PMP certification PMI, etc.
  • Minimum 10 years working experience in the oil and gas, petrochemical, power sectors or port operations and involve in operations or projects
  • Familiar with procurement, manufacturing, QA/QC practices, inspection and well verse in respective sector business operations.
  • Significant experience of successfully managing a team and implementing sound people management practices (inclusive of strategic recruitment, team engagement, development and retention) to establish a high performance and client focused organization.
  • Knowledge of legal, statutory, and regulatory requirements of the relevant countries within area of responsibility and project management tools, processes, and industry best practices
  • Result oriented, customer focused and process driven individuals with the ability to build strategic relationships/alliances, build sustainable relationships with multi-culture clients, identify and seize growth opportunities, influence multiple stakeholders at all levels both internally and externally, realise cross areas and service lines synergy and function within a complex highly matrix organisation.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Able to provide operational, project, technical and commercial leadership to a multi-skilled team member.
  • Awareness of LRQA ’s strategies, products and processes across LR service lines.
