We are looking for someone with: University Degree graduated.
More than 3 years of insurance experience
Skillful at time management
Ability to work under pressure
Skilled in using Office and proficient in PPT and Excel
Customer service oriented
Concern for organization and quality
Focus on practical actions
Development and learning oriented
Sensitive with interpersonal relationships
Nice to Haves: Ability to build and manage relationships with the key internal stakeholders
On the job you will:
Responsible for basic training/advanced training/teaching and related training administration of marketing staff for continuing education
Responsible for management, selection and training of honorable lecturers to enhance the skills of trainers
Responsible for training assessment and feedback, communicate with the organization leader and chief trainer for problems found in the assessment, and perform rectification in a timely manner to improve the quality of training
Maintain and enter training related information
Take charge of file management of the department
Assist the Master Trainer in completing other training programs at the headquarters or region
Report violations or potential risks identified during the work and propose corrections or improvements in a timely manner
Assist the Audit Department to complete the audit related work and complete the rectification work according to the audit report
Cooperate with departments of the headquarters to complete various projects and work • May perform other tasks as assigned Rules of conduct:

Comply with the business operations process established by the company or its department
Act in compliance with national laws, corporate ethics codes and regulations of the compliance department
