Job Description

  • Conduct employee contract regulations;
  • Drafting legal documentation (letters, MoU, agreement, and others);
  • Ensure communication and coordination with others on legal matters;
  • Preparing expatriate working license;
  • Conduct research and analysis of regulations;
  • Maintain the business license of the company;
  • Documentation filing;
  • Participate in meeting with the third parties

  • Education S1 Law
  • Max. 35 years old
  • Good at public speaking
  • Good attitude
  • Min 1 year experience
  • Able to operate computers (Ms. ofice)
  • Can work independently or in teams.
  • Honest, thorough, communicative, hardworking and highly motivated.
  • Have a leadership spirit Loyal and responsible for work
  • Understand the Labor Law, Industrial Relations
  • Understand legal documentation
  • Full work at the office
