The e-commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated. We aim to grow the growth of merchants, by acquiring, and helping the sellers to succeed on platform, as well as delivering best customer experience by providing best service. In this role, you will drive consumer traffic into our platform with an aim of converting it via planning and executing the different levels of our annual campaign calendar for the marketplace, specific categories or brands.
Responsibilities
Create integrated marketing campaigns based on data to support Mid-Tail & Long-Tail sellers.
Identify potential sellers, best selling products and creators that can bring benefit to the category.
Supervise the execution, monitoring and measurement of marketing campaigns and their success.
Managing projects and liaising with relevant stakeholders: working closely with the marketing team, campaign team, growth team, and creator team, among others while executing the tasks.
Provide and compile campaign performance.
Improve new campaigns using data and feedback from existing and previous projects.
Troubleshoot campaign, tracking and product issues, and work with the relevant teams to escalate issues and derive sound resolutions.
Support, coach, guide newer or junior team members to provide exceptional service to key stakeholders.
Bachelor Degree in communication, digital marketing, or related fields.
Preferably have experience in e-commerce fields.
3-5 years of experience in e-commerce campaign planning and execution for major local e-commerce platforms.
Outstanding attention to details, organizational and prioritization skills.
Fast paced, strong sense of urgency and commitment to work.
Familiar with the key data metrics of evaluating campaign performance, analytical and data oriented.
Good at communication and coordination of cross functional teams.
Proficient in English and native Indonesian language.
