MISSION

In one or two sentences, outline the primary purpose(s) of this position within the organization

: Lead perform preventive maintenance TPM level 3, 4, 5 for all manufacturing equipment and fixing the equipment breakdown in order to maximize MTBF and minimize MTTR.

: Support to implement SAP Maintenance program module.

: Lead implement and maintain INSYSTEM for TPM level 1 & 2.

Responsibilities & Activities

Responsibility 1 : Preventive Maintenance

• Ensure preventive maintenance program (Monthly/quarterly/yearly) is done and met plan for all of machine and Equipment.
• Review and update preventive maintenance check list based on issue found from the past PM activities.
• Create TPM check list for new machine and equipment.
• Implement and maintain SAP maintenance program.

Responsibility 2 : Breakdown Maintenance

• Manage all day-to-day problems solving on machine breakdown to minimize MTTR.
• Review and analyze machine breakdown, set up an action plan to prevent reoccurrence and maximize MTBF
• The existing Machine and equipment improvement in order to improve OEE.
• Contribute with engineering department to feedback lesson learnt of the existing machine to update specification of new machine.

Responsibility 3 : Spare part

• Define spare part list of new machine
• Review Min –Max spare part list of the existing machine and equipment in order to optimize cost and prevent the spare part shortage issue
• Review the existing spare part to be updated in term of brand, model, manufacturer, etc.

Responsibility 4 : Safety and compliance

• Ensure everyone is complying with safety rule such as LOTO, 6 Non Negotiables, etc. Act as safety manager on duty especially during night and WE.

• Follow LOTO requirements strictly before entering inside machine

• Maintain or minimize OHS Hazard/Risk and Environmental impact from any activities performed in the plant.

• Report when abnormal case on OHS Hazard and Environmental issue is found.

• Give suggestion for OHS Hazard and Environmental improvement.

• Participate in the programs / activities concerning OHS Hazard and Environment improvement.

• Work complying with the OHS Hazard and Environmental policy, rules and work instruction strictly.

• To analyze the risks at work for your subordinates and in your area of responsibility. You may work together with EHS Officer.

• To teach the safe and correct working methods to the employees.

• To make sure working conditions of machinery, tools and equipment in order to be in safe condition

• If found something abnormal must have action to make sure working conditions of machinery, tools and equipment in order to be in safe condition before start work.

• To ensure and supervise the use of personal protective equipment for the employees in your area of responsibility.

• To report the accidents, illness, or health issue caused by work to the employer, Safety Officer – Professional level. It shall be reported immediately after the incident takes place.

• To investigate the cause of the accident, illness or health issue caused by work in collaboration with the safety officer (Professional level), report promptly the result and propose corrective action.

• To promote and support the activities for safety health and environment at work

• To conduct other activities for work safety as assigned by a safety officer in management level.

• Employee has authority to stop machines immediate in case of risk of accident or unsafe condition

• To work strictly in compliance with the health, safety and environmental management system (ISO14001 & ISO45001).

Perform other duties as assigned by directed superior.

POSITION BACK UP

PROFILE REQUIREMENTS

Personal Background

• Male age over 25 years old, Indonesian Citizen

• BS in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Production)
• Over 3 years maintenance experience in automotive parts preferred
• English communication ability is a must
• SAP experience is preferred.

Job Technical skills

• Must have computer skill including Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of general Mechanical and Electrical Engineering
• Electrical License
• Good knowledge of PM & PdM
• Knowledge of ISO/TS 16949 and OHSAS System
• Knowledge and experience in PLC program (Siemen S7), Wonderware InTouch will be advantage.
• Work requires bending, standing, stooping, climbing and working, must be able to lift up to 25 Kgs on a regular basis.
