Job Description

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES

Review Extreme Size, Cutting Die Trial and Pre-Production samples
Complete sample evaluation report and communicate to the factory
Ensure on-time approval of all styles
Rectify any issues arising during sample evaluation
Ensure consistent fitting and appearance in production with confirmation sample
Complete pre-production meeting handover with QA and factory
Work with factories to improve production efficiency and ensure correct manufacturing standards are adhered to.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Experience: Minimum 10 years in footwear manufacturing and development related role
Education: A bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing or similar related field
Good written and oral English skills
Excellent Chinese Mandarin Skills
Good MS Office skills (Excel and Word)
