Job Description

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Review Extreme Size, Cutting Die Trial and Pre-Production samples
  • Complete sample evaluation report and communicate to the factory
  • Ensure on-time approval of all styles
  • Rectify any issues arising during sample evaluation
  • Ensure consistent fitting and appearance in production with confirmation sample
  • Complete pre-production meeting handover with QA and factory
  • Work with factories to improve production efficiency and ensure correct manufacturing standards are adhered to.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Experience: Minimum 10 years in footwear manufacturing and development related role
  • Education: A bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing or similar related field
  • Good written and oral English skills
  • Excellent Chinese Mandarin Skills
  • Good MS Office skills (Excel and Word)
