Job Description:

Helping Chief Engineering regularly on any activity on site.
Preparing monthly report.
Responsible for monitoring preventive and curative maintenance activity.
Carry out regular checklist and arrange any activity based on approved schedule.
Regularly collect and evaluate utility data.
Help The chief Engineer compile and prepare monthly reports.
Provide cost and term of reference for any material or service required.
Provide guidance any technicians under his supervision.
Obey and implement company health and safety environment rules ,
Carry out any task given by direct supervisor or Manager.

Job Description:

Minimum SMA Kejuruan Teknik (Mechanical Electrical)
Having experience as SPV / Leader engineering in Apartment / Office / Commercial building is more preferred.
Result oriented, good communication and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Willing to work on weekends
Willing to be placed in BSD City
