Job Description

Act as key project team members charged with the analysis of user and technical requirements, specifications development, solution design and development, and in some environments may consult on testing and deployment processes.

Plan and manage overall project timelines and resources on a high level.

Track and record project progress and communicate with all related stakeholders to check and update for any issue, impediment, and call out.

Bridging the communications across all stakeholders (Business team, IT Tower, Dev team, and other related teams) and facilitate/accommodate meetings/communications with related project stakeholders when needed in order to achieve project goals or project resolutions.

Provide and present project report/presentation to all related stakeholders on managerial level and confirm the latest updates on the project to get the final project report/presentation which will be presented to the VP level.

Track and provide MoM on any type of communications with project stakeholders.

Be able to give/propose technical advise/solutions to project team in order to achieve project goals or project resolutions.

Deliver the complete technical solutions to clients and take responsibility for the standards of work, project sign off and client satisfaction.

Develop a high level design or build of customized architecture or applications, which supports robust solutions, taking into account the user requirements, technical requirements, etc.

Provide user support, assisting with troubleshooting and design, configuration and escalated problem management.
Minimum bachelor's degree in engineering in computer science / information technology or equivalent.

At least 3 years of working experience of project management in business requirement of IT implementation, project planning and software development

Having the ability to provide expert knowledge on the solution and architecture of the overall information technology operating model, application landscape, Network and infrastructure

Ability working with clients and business teams to create client-orientated solutions and services

Highly analytical thinking with demonstrated ability for identifying, scrutinizing, improving, and streamlining complex work processes

High level of technical ability with respect to market, business administration and business change

Interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships

Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to present information clearly and succinctly

Ability to work in high-pressure situations
