Job Description

Standardize documents for each type of transaction in the company

Analyze and make adjustments to agreement documents and/or transaction flows in connection with the issuance of the latest laws and regulations.

Provide opinions in relation to transactions on non-standard business activities.
Single Male/Female maximum age 30 years old

At least a Bachelors’s degree in Law

Having a knowledge of Legal Drafting, Legal Assistance, and Legal Training

Able to work independently and in a team

Preferably with experience in Notary and PPAT (Fresh graduate are welcome to apply)
