BAT INDONESIA IS LOOKING FOR AN QUALITY CONTROL STAFF


FUNCTION: Quality

SUB FUNCTION: Quality - DIET

CITY & COUNTRY: Malang, East Java, Indonesia


ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

Ensure quality requirements and compliance during production process are executed well to support achievement in CBN through achieve target ZLJN.

Reports to: Supply Quality Manager

Geographic Scope: Local


WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

  • Authorize to do instrument verification and troubleshooting as per guideline
  • Authorize to hold finished good or production process for any quality defect finding
  • Ensure daily quality compliance on shop floor
  • Ensure validity of measurement results
  • Able to analyse data trend acquired from measurement and observe deviation
  • Implement quality DMS on shop floor.
  • Contribute during quality daily trouble shooting in shop floor and ensure no improper release
  • Understand quality procedure/guideline and implementation on daily job
  • Ensure compliance on the area of accountability
  • Cross functional relationship in area of accountability

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Minimum diploma’s degree (D4) or equivalent
  • Preferable to have knowledge of tobacco, products, tobacco technology and Quality.
  • Experience work and collaborate in a team or cross function
  • Understand general process area of accountability
  • Understand product, wrapping materials, tobacco
  • Understand and able to operate MS Office (excel word and ppt)
  • Preferable to have English knowledge (passive)
  • Able to continuously improved
  • Able to do sample measurement, instrument daily verification, and analysis as per required
  • Strong capability in MS Excel is an added advantage.
  • Strong teammate with excellent interpersonal, good communication & collaborates skills.
  • Ability to work with all levels of staff and management across functions
  • Proactive and open to change & new insights.
  • Able to work in shifts.
