About this job:

You will delivering ultimate support for talent acquisition aspects and playing an active role in sourcing, job advertisement design also involvement in ad hoc tasks and project(s). You will be responsible for interfacing with hiring managers, candidates and vendors during the recruitment process as well as handling daily recruitment tasks.

This includes:

  • Delivery of the end to end recruitment process with stressing on admin supporting, employer branding and sourcing also projects. Focused on providing high levels of service and quality to stakeholders and clients.
  • Working with hiring managers to understand their requisitions, agree process and manage expectations.
  • Ensure candidates receive an excellent experience, engaging them with the Syngenta brand, function, and opportunity.

Accountabilities:

  • Conduct briefing / strategy meetings with hiring managers to understand their recruitment requirements.
  • Agree ways of working and communication channels with the hiring manager to ensure expectations are aligned.
  • Write high-impact and creative job adverts and other recruitment materials that are in line with corporate Syngenta branding utilizing the company’s employee value propositions (EVP) and any key functional messages which increases candidate attraction. Create the visual design.
  • Manage end to end candidate selection process – sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interview scheduling.
  • Ensure all interview logistics are coordinated including candidate travel, meeting room bookings, and interview panel co-ordination.
  • Drive the offer management.
  • Recruitment related administration related with candidates, vendors, internal parties.
  • Maintain the candidate workflow in the Application Tracking System.
  • Contribute to the achievement of SLAs and KPIs, whilst always focusing on the ‘customer’.
  • Ensure issue and escalation management process is followed where necessary.
  • Take responsibility for own continuous professional development.

You will bring the following essential knowledge & experience:

  • Max 4 years of significant Talent Acquisition experience in multiple recruiting environments (i.e. more than one organization, agency or corporate environments) in a wide variety of job disciplines with experience in multinational environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in part / full life cycle recruitment including good sourcing approaches to attract suitable candidates.
  • Sufficient knowledge with a thorough understanding of recruiting best practices and well versed in various sourcing & recruiting methodologies.
  • Experienced in interviewing and assessment methods or tools.
  • Demonstrated successful behavioural interviewing and assessment skills..
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and to influence a broad range of stakeholders
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree of psychology from reputable university.
  • Good knowledge of applicant tracking systems and other recruitment technologies eg CRM.
  • Good business acumen and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Confident communicator both verbally and in writing with a strong command of English.
  • Ability to create action plans with solutions.
  • Proactive, positive, mature and results-driven attitude.
  • Good stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
