Job Description

Job Description:

  • Design and development of a continuous manufacturing process using Process Flow Diagram (PFD)
  • Develop Piping & Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID)
  • Modify and optimize equipment and processes
  • Develop heat and material balance
  • Generate process report using HSYS
  • Design process equipment (Pressure Vessel Sizing, Pipe Sizing, Heat Exchanger sizing,etc)
  • Design Process safety equipment (Process Safety Valve, Control Valve,etc)
  • Design comprehensive process safety system through preparation of safety chart & ESD logic diagram

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree of Chemical Engineering from Reputable University
  • Fresh graduates to 1 year experience
  • Familiar with Process Equipment and Material design and modification
  • Familiar with concept of process engineering in EPC
  • Possess ability in software skills for HYSYS, HTRI and other process simulator
  • Knowledge in process safety, HAZOP, HAZID, Firefighting, Waste & Environment Management is an advantage
  • Fluent in English
  • Fluent in Japanese is an advantage
  • Willing to go on business trips
