Summary
The Director of Sales & Marketing is responsible for developing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating the hotel’s sales objectives, strategies, advertising, public relations, and collateral, to support the revenue goals stated in the annual Budget. This position effectively manages the efforts and productivity of the Director of Sales, Director of Marketing, and the overall Sales & Marketing Team. The role ensures that effective internal and external communications with business partners are maintained; helps create and maintain a high level of property awareness.
